OWNER, MANAGING MEMBER |Ben Dodson never considered himself to be an entrepreneur until he got the vision for Change Commercial Services. Ben started the business working with his son, Levi, and he says, “This industry found me and I just did what I knew to do.”
Ben believes that nothing is as important as customer service, and he believes it’s severely lacking in this industry. His goal is to build lasting relationships with his customers and he’s an administrator who loves people at his core. Ben believes that because he has empowered his team and placed his trust in them, they’ve become incredible leaders who have met every challenge that has come their way.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys his drones hobby and has gotten into livestreaming and media production. He loves being creative, new tech, and mining cryptocurrency
